Order Forms
If you are paying by check or money order by mail, all you need to do is select the item or items you want to purchase, click on the word file found in the upper left corner of your pc and hit print. Once you have printed the order form, simply fill out what you would like to order and mail the order form and your check or money order to:
Pardee Crafts PO Box 116 Potterville MI 48876-0116
Don't forget to add shipping and handling on your order form! Michigan residents must add 6% sales tax.
